Antitrust and the Modern Economy

On September 22, 2021 the Institute for Policy Innovation hosted an important discussion regarding the role of antitrust legislation in the modern economy. The panel addressed the questions of whether antitrust is appropriate for innovative industries and whether social media platforms should be considered as a common carrier. This program includes a question and answer session near the end.
