Richard is one of the leading law professors in the country. He's a longtime friend of IPI, and we have worked with him on both a book (published by Oxford University Press) and studies. He is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution and is currently Laurence A. Tisch Professor of Law at the New York University School of Law.
You won't want to miss this opportunity to hear one of the most widely published and distinguished center-right legal scholars of our day. Richard will discuss some of the major issues before the U.S. Supreme Court, but we will leave plenty of time for Q&A since he can cover a wide range of legal and economic issues.
