You can just imagine some of the fun conversations we've had the last three days.

Actually, the discourse has been very civil. Most of the NGOs are actually very civil to each other, at least this time. But I'm sure they regard my interventions as poorly as I regard theirs.

Everytime someone says something positive about IP, the guy to my left snickers and snorts. He almost worked up to a chortle while the U.S. was giving it's proposal on Wednesday afternoon.

I'm sure he'll enjoy hearing the Brazilian delegate pick apart the U.S. proposal phrase-by-phrase Thursday morning.

The delegate from Nigeria, standing picture, is a truly gracious and civil diplomat. He's a credit to his country.
